Software Quality Assurance is systematic set of activities to assure customer specified requirement with software quality.

Definition -:
According to ISO “Software Quality Assurance is a supporting process that has to provide independent assurance in which all the work products, activities and processes comply with the predefined plans.

Software Quality Assurance SQA is a set of activities which fulfills or confirms implicitly and explicitly user stated requirement.

It is ongoing process within software development process which is used to ensure software quality

It is responsible for quality assurance, planning, analysis, design, record keeping and reporting.

Objectives of Software quality Assurance SQA -:
– Used to ensure software quality
– Prevent defect
– Work as a umbrella for all SDLC process
