MHT CET 2017 Engineering Admission process, Eligibility, Exam Dates

As per the provision in section 2(e) and section 10(4) of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Competent Authority is conducting CET (MHT-CET 2017) for admissions to Engineering and Pharmacy Under Graduate Courses for Academic Year 2017-18. The Online applications are
invited for CET for admission to First Year of full time Under Graduate Degree courses in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in the Government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State, as per following schedule.

MHT CET 2017 Engineering Admission process:-
Step 1-
Apply Online. Fill the information, enter a password of your choice and click NEXT. The candidate receives an email confirming the registration.

Step 2 –
Complete registration information is displayed and click

Step 3 –
Click ‘Upload Photograph & Signature’ to proceed to the next step and submit

Step 4 –
Click on PROCEED TO MAKE PAYMENT and click pay

Step 5 –
The details of payment made will be displayed.

Step 6 –
Click on Generate MHT-CET 2017 Registration Confirmation Page

MHT CET 2017 Engineering Eligibility:-
For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate –
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least required percentage of marks (as notified by the Government from time to time) in the above subjects taken together;

(iii) Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 conducted by the Competent Authority.

For All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates-
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least required percentage of marks (as notified by the Government from time to time)in the above subjects taken together;

(iii) Obtained score in JEE(Main) Paper I or MHT-CET 2017.
